Biography & experience
Maria is a Strategy and Operations Manager at Inveztor, where she plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, overseeing client delivery to help clients maximise value from our digital solutions.
She brings over 12 years of experience in banking and consulting and has worked with leading financial institutions, delivering complex change across capital markets. Prior to joining Inveztor, she was a Principal Consultant at First Derivative, where she led engagements in Capital Markets transformation for Tier-1 banks, focused on automating manual processes to reduce errors and manage large lending and trading portfolios. She has also held roles at HSBC's Global Banking Transformation division and Oliver Wyman.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys countryside walks and is usually planning her next trip somewhere sunnier.
Maria holds a Bachelor's in History and International Relations from Keele University and a Master's in International Development from the University of Birmingham.
