Michelle brings the same meticulous planning and determination to her marathon training (and tracker spreadsheet!) as she does to architecting our systems. It’s been genuinely inspiring to watch her dedication pay off. We are really proud we've built a culture at Inveztor with flexible hours, allowing Michelle to safely train during daylight and balance her work commitments seamlessly.
